Scrum Master

Role Description

The Scrum Master role at Esse India | Canada immigration consultants in delhi | visa consultant delhi is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad . The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that development teams adhere to agile principles. This role involves removing impediments, supporting the creation and refinement of user stories, and collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to maintain a clear product backlog. The Scrum Master will coach team members on agile best practices, track sprint progress and metrics, and promote continuous improvement in delivery processes aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sprint Planning and User Stories skills, with experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify process improvements, and resolve impediments.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Software Development processes, enabling effective coordination with technical teams.
• Relevant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in technology or service-oriented environments.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, promote team ownership, and foster a transparent, inclusive work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
