Scrum Master

We are currently hiring for a Scrum Master role with VLink India Pvt. Ltd.

Please find the requirements below:

• 1 - 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and software development processes
• Hands-on experience facilitating core Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Experience driving sprint planning, estimation, capacity planning, and delivery tracking
• Ability to identify, track, and proactively resolve team impediments and blockers
• Strong ability to anticipate potential delivery risks and take proactive measures before they impact sprint progress
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders
• Ability to improve team visibility, communication, accountability, and alignment
• Experience promoting continuous improvement and helping teams adopt effective Agile practices
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar Agile/project management tools
• Good understanding of sprint metrics, velocity, backlog management, and Agile reporting
• Strong facilitation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Open-minded and adaptable approach with a strong continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, documentation, reporting, planning, and day-to-day Agile activities
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
