Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and drive continuous improvement across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Support SAFe Agile practices, including PI Planning, program execution, and dependency management.
• Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint and program objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Track and report project status, risks, issues, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage and maintain Agile artifacts, dashboards, and workflows using Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and document Agile processes, best practices, and project-related information.
• Promote Agile principles and a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SAFe framework.
• Hands-on experience with PI Planning, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience in status reporting, project tracking, and process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience: 6 to 9 years.
