Scrum Master

Scrum Masters are currently required for a three-month contract to support the establishment of new teams as part of a broader transition of ICT teams to a Shared Services model.
We are looking for adaptable professionals who can coach teams that are new to agile, work effectively in an ICT/shared services environment, and tailor methodologies to suit the unique needs of each team rather than applying frameworks rigidly.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish and embed appropriate Scrum or Kanban ways of working tailored to the team's environment.
• Coach team members and leaders who are relatively new to agile methodologies.
• Help teams structure, visualize, and manage their work and demand.
• Implement meaningful team and flow metrics to support continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Strong practical experience in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• A solid understanding of SAFe/scaled agile environments
• Exceptional coaching and communication skills
• A pragmatic and adaptable approach to framework implementation.
• Ability to work in a newly forming team environment and build sustainable practices from the ground up.
