What they need
- Scrum Master experience (Automotive preferred).
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives.
- Experience in Scrum of Scrums, roadmap, QBR, capacity planning, sprint forecasting & velocity tracking.
- Strong SDLC and project management knowledge.
- Hands-on with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience working with Product Owners, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams.
