Scrum Master About the role: Client is seeking a Scrum Master to guide and empower a multi-disciplinary Agile team in delivering high-value solutions that drive the companys profit, growth, and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile values, servant leadership, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies and fostering high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion and coach AgileScrum values, principles, and practices within the team and across the organization.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to enable focus on sprint goals.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed, prioritized backlog and in communicating the product vision to the team.
• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Encourage self-organization, accountability, and ownership among team members.
• Promote Agile best practices and help the team identify and implement process improvements.
• Act as a servant leader, empowering the team to deliver high-quality increments and adapt to changing business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Track and communicate team metrics velocity, burndown, etc. to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for Agile adoption and maturity across the organization, providing coaching and guidance as needed.

Requirements

• 4-year degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and individuals in Agile practices and principles.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
• Experience with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles; experience with Salesforce SFDC is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile project tracking tools such as Jira.
