Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and help cross-functional teams effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure Agile practices are followed, impediments are addressed, and teams continuously improve their ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support teams in applying Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Identify and remove impediments that may affect team productivity and delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
• Track sprint progress, team capacity, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Coach team members on Agile practices, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
• Monitor team performance and Agile metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support cross-functional teams in managing dependencies and resolving delivery issues.
• Help maintain transparency of project status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure Agile processes are consistently followed while adapting practices based on team and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments.
• Experience working with distributed or geographically diverse teams.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is a plus.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php125,000.00 per month
