You Are a Perfect Match If

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of SM in the implementation of IT projects
• You have high social, communication and group work moderation skills
• You can resolve conflicts and provide constructive feedback
• You understand the principles of cooperation between different teams of specialists (tests, analysis, development, DevOps)
• You have a very good command of English
• VIEW PSM I, II or similar certificates are welcome

You Will Be Responsible For

• Supporting development teams, teaching how to self-organize and achieve business goals
• Building awareness of the role of Product Owners
• Ensuring the project follows Scrum practices and rules
• Conducting training and presentations in the field of agile methodologies
• Taking care of the effective use of tools related to Agile methodologies, such as: visual management, backlog management, prototyping, building MVP
• Collaboration with other specialists to streamline processes and build an environment that strengthens self-organization and transparent communication
