- Collaborate closely with our Product team and Client Programme Lead to groom the backlog and plan each production update.
- Use agile metrics (cycle time, velocity, burn-up/down charts) to track progress and promote transparency.
- Apply AI tools responsibly to deliver productivity benefits while maintaining full oversight.
- Assume responsibility for the Live Platform, including authority to review and challenge contributions from other teams that fail to align with agreed Quality Standards.
- Manage triage of Live Platform issues, arbitrate over prioritisation and escalate difficult issues to the senior technical team.
- Support the recruitment and training of engineers as we grow the team.
- Manage 2nd line support for technical issues as per the Global support Standard Operating Procedure.
- As we grow, help plan out how we’ll evolve Live Platforms to support our deployments in other timezones.
The successful candidate will demonstrate
- Strong problem-solving techniques and sound technical judgement.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills.
