Scrum Master

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience to lead Agile teams, coach stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across complex, multi-team environments. The ideal candidate is an Agile champion with deep expertise in Scrum, team facilitation, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Ceremonies

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined, achievable, and aligned with product priorities.
• Track and remove impediments to maintain a smooth delivery flow.

Team Coaching & Development

• Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and servant-leadership mindset.
• Drive high-performance culture, collaboration, and ownership within teams.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to organization-wide Agile maturity.

Stakeholder & Product Collaboration

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and prioritize user stories.
• Align delivery expectations with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate transparency through metrics, dashboards, and communication.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation

• Identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams or departments.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

Delivery Governance & Reporting

• Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and communicate progress.
• Support risk identification, mitigation, and release planning.
• Maintain documentation and artifacts within Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent (preferred).
• Hands-on experience using Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams or complex product environments.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
