Scrum Master

The position supports SIAM (Secure Identity Access Management) and partners closely with Engineering Lead.

The individual will help oversee delivery across multiple development teams focused on:

• Authentication
• Login security
• Customer identity management
• Customer-facing cybersecurity capabilities

The organization is currently experiencing:

• Team reorganization
• Integration of digital/mobile/web teams
• New technology leadership changes
• AI-driven strategic initiatives
• Operating model evolution heading into 2027

Success in this role will require balancing ongoing delivery commitments while helping teams navigate significant organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Scrum Master and Delivery Management responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban delivery processes
• Manage dependencies across teams
• Support quarterly/PI planning activities
• Risk and issue management
• Escalate delivery concerns appropriately
• Coordinate delivery efforts across multiple stakeholders
• Ensure delivery pipeline stays healthy and moving
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Business Partners
• Support roadmap execution and delivery planning
• Drive continuous improvement efforts
• Lead through organizational and team changes

Job Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years of Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Delivery experience
• Experience supporting software development teams
• Jira experience (required)
• VersionOne experience acceptable
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience managing dependencies across teams
• Risk and Issue Management experience
• Experience working with business stakeholders
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to escalate risks proactively
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams
• Understanding of front-end and back-end application development
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software delivery processes
• Experience supporting customer-facing technology solutions
