Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, guide Scrum teams, and ensure effective collaboration between product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor Agile metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration between development, testing, product, and business teams.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint goal definition.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Encourage transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Help teams manage conflicts and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain Agile documentation and update project tracking tools.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint activities.
• Knowledge of sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective techniques.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to identify and remove team impediments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
• Experience managing distributed or remote Agile teams.
• Understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with release planning, dependency management, and risk tracking.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant Agile delivery experience is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• 38 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile teams.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
