We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Lead to join ZL Engg PMO group. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is understood and enacted. You ll coach and guide teams to deliver high-quality product efficiently while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support and coach the development team, Product Owner, and organization in Agile best practices.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them, enabling a smooth workflow.
• Track team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, etc.
• Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters / Project Managers and Development Leads to improve coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency around team performance and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or IT, with 2+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role .
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
