What they need
What you’ll do
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives that teams find valuable, not tedious
- Coach teams, product owners, and stakeholders in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles, adapting to the team rather than forcing a template
- Remove blockers quickly, whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal
- Help product owners shape and prioritize the backlog so the team always has clear, valuable work ready
- Track flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP, predictability) and use them to improve, not to police
- Guide teams toward self-organization, healthy working agreements, and sustainable pace
- Coordinate across teams on dependencies, planning events (PI planning, SAFe, or Scrum of Scrums), and releases
- Work in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools, and keep them useful rather than bloated
- Spot team health issues early and handle conflict with care
- Report progress and risks to leadership in plain language, with data
- Share what works through communities of practice, workshops, and playbooks
- Support Agile adoption and transformation efforts where relevant
