Summary:
Responsible for leading one or more Agile Scrum teams, ensuring smooth delivery of products within scope. Guides the team in Agile best practices and helps remove impediments.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile (SSM) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks.
- Prior experience with Maryland Benefits systems preferred.
Specialized Skills Include:
- Leading Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Using tools like Jira, VersionOne for tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Coaching teams for continuous improvement.
