About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead two Scrum teams working across infrastructure operations and field operations. This role is a great fit for someone who can manage teams in parallel, navigate cross-ART dependencies, and adapt Agile practices to different types of work.

This is open for only W2 candidates. No sponsorship available at this time.

Responsibilities

The teams

• InfraOps VS/ART: Supports the Azure DevOps Hypercare cloud team with enhancements and operational support.

• Field VS: Supports an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) work management system, delivering small enhancements and operational support.

• What you’ll do

• Lead both teams concurrently, fostering collaboration, clear priorities, and predictable delivery.

• Proactively manage dependencies across the InfraOps ART and partner teams; identify risks early and lead escalations through to resolution.

• Support teams building and operating Azure infrastructure solutions in an enterprise environment.

• Adapt Agile practices pragmatically to fit each team’s work and operational needs.

• Build technical and institutional knowledge quickly while embedded with the teams.

• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) and AI tools to support individual and team delivery.

• Communicate clearly with teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Required experience
• 5–8 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Experience supporting 8–10 SAFe Program Increments (PIs).
• 2+ years of Azure DevOps (ADO) experience.
• Ability to manage 2+ teams concurrently.
• 1–2 years working with infrastructure teams.
• Strong communication, dependency and risk management, and escalation leadership skills.
• Proficiency using AI to support personal and team delivery.
