🚀 We’re Hiring – Project Manager Scrum Master

At Degetel , a human-sized IT consultancy firm, we empower professionals through meaningful, high-impact missions. We’re currently looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our key client projects.

Your mission:

Managing two teams, your role will focus on enforcing good Scrum good practices in terms of collective commitment, backlog maintenance, refinement, planification and self-improvement. You will also ensure that the teams' practices match with common process.

• Team coaching, Agile transformation
• Delivery flow optimization
• Cross-team coordination and interfacing global governance

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience

-coaching Agile teams

SAFe experience

-improving team predictability and velocity

-working as a business analyst or software developer

• Technical skills

Scrum principles, events, artifacts

Certification (PSM II)

Kanban

-understanding of software development lifecycle practices (solution design, testing, CI/CD, release management...)

• Native French + Proficiency English
