Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).

• Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress.
• Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
• Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and Product Owner.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication among team members.
• Help the Product Owner maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Monitor team progress and performance metrics.
• Facilitate conflict resolution within the team.
• Support organizational adoption of Agile practices,Encourage transparency and openness in all team activities.
