Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, guide teams in applying Scrum practices, and ensure projects progress efficiently toward their goals. The ideal candidate will lead Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint activities, track project progress, remove blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint backlogs, track progress, and ensure user stories are properly refined and prioritized.
• Monitor sprint performance, delivery timelines, and Agile metrics.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, issues, and dependencies affecting project delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, sprint progress, and delivery risks.
• Promote Agile and Scrum best practices and encourage continuous team improvement.
• Support release planning, scope management, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or related project delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and sprint management.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with Confluence or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to lead teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

• Location: Makati

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
