Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams supporting Salesforce initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, coaching teams on Scrum best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, experience in Salesforce environments, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide teams in Agile and Scrum best practices to maximize productivity and delivery quality.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.
• Ensure teams adhere to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.

Salesforce Program Delivery

• Support delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Coordinate backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
• Manage dependencies across teams and initiatives.
• Assist in release planning and deployment readiness activities.

Stakeholder & Risk Management

• Act as the primary facilitator between business and technology teams.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers impacting delivery.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations.
• Communicate project status, sprint outcomes, and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Support alignment between business priorities and development activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
• Drive improvements in team maturity, collaboration, and delivery predictability.
• Analyze sprint metrics and recommend process enhancements.
• Champion Agile transformation initiatives where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce projects and implementations.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Salesforce platform experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and release management.
• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce or AI-driven Salesforce capabilities.
• SAFe Agile experience in multi-team environments.
