At SOFICO, we're building the future of mobility through Miles, our market-leading platform that helps companies manage leasing, fleet, and mobility operations worldwide. As an international team, we combine innovation, collaboration, and ownership to deliver real impact for our customers while fostering a culture of continuous learning, mutual support, and shared success.

We are scaling our Data & AI organization in our Office in Ghent, the team behind SOFICO AI Cloud and the Miles Enterprise Agentic Platform (AutoPilot & AutoRoute). Combining modern AI technologies, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise software, our teams build and operate solutions powered by Azure AI Foundry, Python/LangGraph agents, Temporal workflows, and Java/Quarkus-based Miles services.
