Scrum Master - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive Agile adoption across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Promote Agile values and principles across the organization to drive a high-performing Agile environment.
• Utilize Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Support teams in managing dependencies, risks, and expectations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and experience in Agile transformation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach teams, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers effectively.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for Agile principles and a continuous improvement mindset.
