What will you do?

As a Scrum Master , you will help financial institutions deliver business and digital transformation initiatives while fostering effective Agile ways of working.

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within transformation programmes
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in delivering value effectively
• Mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
• Identify and remove impediments to improve team performance and delivery
• Support planning, dependency management, and coordination in complex environments
• Foster collaboration between business, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders
• Contribute to Projective Group's Agile community and knowledge sharing initiatives

Your skills & qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English
• +5 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Consultant
• Experience working in Financial Services (banking, insurance, payments, asset management)
• Solid understanding of Scrum and practical Agile delivery
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is an asset
• Experience in complex or regulated environments
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
