• Facilitate Agile rituals.
• Protect the team from external disruptions to ensure total focus on Sprint goals.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization by integrating specific business challenges.

• Promote Agile culture and mindset among all stakeholders.
• Implement relevant tracking indicators (Velocity, Capacity, Time-to-Market) and ensure reporting to steering committees.

As an independent firm, 100% owned by its management, employees joining our Senior Management have the opportunity to invest in the company's capital and take part in the adventure.- Education: Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or holding a Master 2 degree specialized in IT Systems or cloud/infrastructure environments.

• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Prior knowledge of IT products (e.g., Intune, Active Directory, Azure, networking, Microsoft 365 environment, virtualization) is a major asset.
• Agile Skills: You have mastered Scrum and Kanban. A certification (PSM, CSM, or SAFe) is highly desirable.
• Languages: You speak fluent French and English.

Soft Skills: You demonstrate an excellent ability to adapt to complex business environments. Your natural leadership allows you to unite multidisciplinary teams (developers, managed service providers, teams in charge of hosting offers or desktop environments, etc.).
