Technical Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of large-scale technology initiatives across customer-facing digital platforms, loyalty solutions, mobile applications, data integrations, and operational services. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and execution, while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Convert business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements suitable for Agile delivery.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, key milestones, and measurable success metrics aligned with business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery, overseeing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, quality standards, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate global and local teams across product management, software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, data, SRE, testing, release management, and business functions.
• Identify delivery risks, constraints, and dependencies early, and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment on priorities, scope, release planning, acceptance criteria, and production readiness.
• Provide concise and data-driven updates to leadership, highlighting progress, key decisions, risks, business impact, and recommended actions.

About You

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Delivery Lead, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role managing complex technology programs.
• Strong track record of leading multiple interconnected workstreams across product, engineering, architecture, data, security, testing, release management, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build integrated delivery plans, manage critical paths, and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products, mobile applications, APIs, cloud-based solutions, and complex systems integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, program governance, risk management, change management, and software release processes.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
