Scrum Master IT/DATA

Mission Context

Within the Channels & Customer Experience Enterprises tribe, the Sales Data Stack squad plays a key role in transforming data flows between sources and visualization layers. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the squad's efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and orchestrate end-to-end feature delivery in a complex multi-team environment.

Your Responsibilities

•        Coach the team in self-organization and Agile/Scrum best practices

•        Drive continuous improvement within the squad

•        Remove impediments and protect the team from unexpected work influx

•        Facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution

•        Organize and lead Scrum-of-Scrums to ensure cross-squad alignment

•        Manage risks, dependencies and obstacles throughout feature delivery

•        Report on delivery progress at the Delivery Board level

•        Align with stakeholders and other feature/Opus roles (owner, quality, release, etc.)

Profile & Experience

•        Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

•        5+ years as a Scrum Master in IT or data-driven environments — mandatory

•        Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a pragmatic approach

•        Experience in Scrum-of-Scrums and scaling Agile (SAFe, LeSS or equivalent)

•        Proven ability to improve team autonomy and delivery predictability

•        Knowledge of data pipelines/ETL processes is a strong asset

•        Familiarity with Kanban for run-and-maintain activities

Languages

•        Fluent in English — mandatory

•        Proficiency in French or Dutch + passive understanding of the second — mandatory
