Role summary
Scrum Master for a fast-paced Salesforce implementation program, leading the team to deliver on sprint goals.
Requirements
7+ years of Salesforce delivery experience (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
Proven Scrum Master leading sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Hands-on implementation experience, not just O&M
Strong Scrum/Agile knowledge (SAFe a plus)
Salesforce configuration or admin skills
Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, integrations, and deployments
Track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, and dependencies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM)
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Pay: $102,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
