Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress, manage risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Customer IT teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of business and technology initiatives.
- Prepare delivery status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, DevOps, and release management concepts.
- Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, or Digital Channels).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe certifications are an added advantage.
