Scrum Master/Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized *Project Coordinator / Scrum Master* to manage project activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, experience in project coordination, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

The candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking project progress, managing timelines, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with developers, QA teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
Manage sprint backlogs, task assignments, and project tracking using Jira.
Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure teams follow Agile and Scrum best practices.
Support the Product Owner and development team in prioritizing tasks and achieving sprint goals.
Coordinate resources and ensure alignment between project objectives and team deliverables.
Maintain clear communication and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Scrum Master, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with Jira, sprint planning, backlog management, and task tracking.
Excellent project coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, project timelines, and competing priorities.
Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Fluent English communication skills are mandatory, both written and verbal.
Ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and motivate team members.
Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM is an advantage.
Experience working with software development or IT projects.
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
