We are seeking an energetic, motivating, and passionate Sculpt Instructor to join SOLA Wellness – The Movement, our newly expanded movement studio. SOLA is a modern, holistic wellness destination offering aesthetic treatments, recovery services, and movement-based classes designed to support total mind-body well-being.

In this role, you will lead high-energy, music-driven sculpt classes that blend strength training, Pilates-inspired movements, barre, and functional fitness. You will create a fun, empowering, and inclusive environment that challenges clients while supporting proper form, endurance, and confidence. This is a paid position and an exciting opportunity to bring your energy and creativity to a growing wellness community.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and dynamic sculpt classes for varying fitness levels.
• Incorporate strength, toning, and cardio elements using bodyweight, light weights, resistance bands, and props.
• Cue proper form and alignment while maintaining an upbeat, motivating class flow.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy class atmosphere.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio by sanitizing all equipment and props after each session.

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching sculpt, barre, fitness, or Pilates-inspired classes.
• Group fitness certification preferred (Pilates certification not required).
• Strong ability to motivate, energize, and connect with a group.
• Knowledge of safe movement, basic anatomy, and injury-aware modifications.
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about fitness, wellness, and community.
• Confident, upbeat teaching style with strong musicality and presence.

Pay: $29.94 - $36.06 per hour
