What they need
- Ability to engage on new EDI connections; this is from a project management perspective, and not a technical perspective at all. So while it would be helpful for them to understand SAP SD / EDI, its actually more relevant that theyre comfortable juggling 5-15 open small projects at a time, with the ability to prioritize and keep them all progressing forward.
- Ability to engage in larger enhancement SAP work, as it comes up over the next 4-6 months. This work is less defined at this stage, but I anticipate it happening while. In this capacity the resource may be acting as a coordinator supporting our existing team to spin up the project, or engage more heavily in owning the tracking and follow up of all deliverables through completion. I see this being varied in SAP scope; some inventory work, some finance work, etc.
