Key Responsibilities 🗝️

• Prospect Engagement : Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and video messaging. 📞 🖥️
• Storytelling & Communication : Deliver compelling messages that capture attention and communicate Zinc’s value proposition effectively.
• Sales Strategy : Use data to analyse your outreach, refine your approach, and improve performance.
• Pipeline Management : Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for the Account Executive team. 🛠️ 💡
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement : Embrace coaching and feedback to refine your techniques and hit individual and team targets.

Experience in sales or tech is a bonus, but we’re more interested in your potential and attitude than your resume. We hire across multiple SDR levels and determine final levelling through a structured interview and scoring process.
