What they need

Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 60,000 per month + uncapped bonus

Xfer Solutions is a fast-growing telecom sales company in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. We run calling campaigns for a leading US telecom brand and reward performance with uncapped earnings.
Roles
CSR: Handle customer calls, answer questions, follow up and update the CRM.
SDR: Make outbound calls, qualify prospects and pass leads to closers.
Closer: Take qualified leads, explain offers and close sales.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English and confidence on calls
- Willing to work night shift onsite
- Basic computer skills
- Target-driven and eager to learn
