SDWAN Engineer

SDWAN - Aruba (Silverpeak)

• Juniper routing and switching platform (MX10K and ACX)

• Wireshark and packet analysis

• Network Security

• Troubleshooting

Roles and Responsibility

• Responsible for handling break/fix, configuration issues, and troubleshooting.
• Responsible include to maintain, and monitor network topology, health monitoring, and configuration and operations
• Responsible for submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Should be familiar with ITIL Framework ITIL concepts and support Incident, Change, and Problem Management meeting SLA requirements
• Support lifecycle management for network Equipment: routers, switches, and optical devices
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Manage risks (Identify, Evaluate, Control, Implement, Monitor and Report project risks)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to work alone as an individual contributor and as a participant in a team environment.
• Coordination with Telecom Service Providers, Hardware, Software and Other Services vendors /TAC /L3 support
• Incident and Service Request Management for P1, P2, P3 and P4 Instances for Network Infrastructures process guidelines
• Change management and problem management support as per the industry standard practices
• Understand and support End to end Network management with Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Toold knowledge like Freshdesk, PRTG Network performance monitoring,NM internal platform EThOSS Platform Epsilon OSS platform eStream would be an advantage
• Should be flexible for long working hours and ready to work in shifts (24x7) including weekends.
• Certifications: CCNA, Aruba, SDWAN & Networks technology
