The Mission

We are looking for an autonomous, rigorous Network & IT Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure rollouts.

This is a 70% functional delivery and 30% technical understanding role. You won’t be configuring routers or scripting changes. Instead, you will act as the operational engine: driving governance, coordinating telecom carriers and technical leads, managing risk, and maintaining bulletproof project tracking.

The scope demands versatility. You will switch seamlessly between day-to-day operational deployments (such as industrial site security PCs) and strategic infrastructure milestones (such as onboarding greenfield sites onto a corporate SD-WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi architecture).

Key Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Own the rhythm of delivery ( comitologie ). Run steering committees, weekly operational checkpoints, action logs, and executive reporting.
• End-to-End Coordination: Track dependencies, hardware provisioning, carrier circuits, and cutover schedules across multi-site environments.
• Risk Management & Escalation: Spot bottlenecks early, challenge roadblocks constructively, and escalate with clarity and precision.
• Vendor Management: Liaise directly with telecom operators, cabling contractors, and hardware partners to enforce SLAs and project timelines.

What We Are Looking For

• 5–10 years of IT Project Management experience , with a consistent track record delivering LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, or SD-WAN environments.
• Tenure & Reliability: A stable career history showing long-term commitment on missions rather than rapid contract-hopping.
• Pragmatic Delivery Focus: Comfortable driving steady execution and operational rigor without needing cutting-edge R&D or architectural reinvention.
• Synthesis & Communication: Exceptional written reporting and stakeholder presentation skills; fluent in English.
• Strict Commute Requirement: Based within a strict 1-hour commute of the work site.
