冲压领域工作经验5-8年，参加过3个以上项目的成型工艺SE开发工作； 2)
精通冲压技术同步工程分析方法和标准，能结合QCT等方面提出冲压工艺问题解决方案； 3)
精通冲压工艺设计及工序设计，具有问题有效沟通能力； 4)
精通office、CATIA、Autoform等相关CAD/CAE软件工具； 5)
有铝板、液压/气胀成型、辊压、热成型、压铸等工艺及模具开发经验优先； 6)
有模具结构设计、现场调试经验优先； 7)
良好的沟通协调能力；
