该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责汽车内外饰造型SE（同步工程）可行性分析，确保设计方案符合工程及制造要求
- 主导造型数据评审，每年完成至少20个内外饰关键零件的DFM/DFA分析
- 协调造型、工程及供应商团队，将造型意图转化为可量产方案，提升设计落地效率30%以上
- 建立并维护SE检查清单与流程规范，减少后期设计变更次数达40% 任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计或相关专业，5年以上汽车内外饰SE或零部件开发经验
- 精通CATIA或同类3D设计软件，熟悉GD&T、冲压/注塑工艺及汽车行业相关法规
- 具备出色的沟通协调与问题解决能力，主导过至少3个完整车型项目的内外饰SE工作
- 熟悉Alias、ICEM Surf等A级曲面软件者优先，具备良好的英语读写能力
