基盤システムの運用におけるSEサポート並びに運用資料作成
【内容】
・顧客問合せ対応
・障害対応
・週次/月次報告書の作成および顧客説明
・依頼に基づく構成変更作業
【基本給】
60〜70万円(税込)
求める人材:
【スキル】
・Windows/RHEL/VMwareの知識があり、サーバー運用経験
・顧客対応経験がありコミュニケーションに問題のない方
