About the role

Coordinate and arrange ocean export shipments from start to finish, including booking with carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange ocean export shipments from start to finish, including booking with carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring adherence to customer and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with overseas agent, ocean carriers and other service providers to confirm bookings, and ensure space allocation
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, export declarations, packing lists, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations
• Ensure all documentation is properly submitted to relevant parties (customs, carriers, and customers) in a timely manner
• Act as point of contact for customers regarding their ocean export shipments, providing timely updates on status, handling inquiries, and resolving issues
• Verify accuracy of carrier invoices, service provider invoices, issue invoice to customer, overseas agent
• Work closely with internal departments, support the team with administrative tasks and any ad hoc duties as assigned
• Close jobs file and do monthly report to General Manager end month

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Fair English level for international communication with oversea agents
• Able to work under pressure and time limit individually and as a team
