SEA FREIGHT OPERATION EXECUTIVE

About the role

To support and manage end-to-end sea freight import and export operations. The role involves close coordination with customers, shipping lines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipment handling. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export operations, including drafting HBL/HAWB, MBL/MAWB, manifesting, billing, cost entry, shipment tracking, and pre-alerts to overseas counterparts
• Accurately prepare key export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, C/O, L/C, and other required shipping forms
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with customers, agents, subcontractors, port operators, and trucking companies both locally and overseas
• Maintain and update customer contact information to support service excellence
• Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, releasing, and labeling of goods
• Adhere to customer requirements and internal SOPs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate updates or issues, especially for air freight matters
• Take on other tasks assigned by Management when needed
