Sea Freight Operation Generalist

1)      Handle booking from customers and reserve space with co loaders and carriers

2)      Need to handle cargo pre arrival filing ( e.g. AMS, ENS, iCS2  )

3)      Communicate with customers all the way from cargo ready to onboard the Vessel

4)      Generation of bill lading, pre-alert, invoice on Cargowise

5)       Communicate with  customers, carriers, overseas offices and agents in professional and impartial manner

Requirement

·         Secondary graduate

·         Fluent Cantonese & Good standard of Mandarin and written English

·         At least 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding business

·         Proficient in PC skills and MS Office , Chinese word processing required

·         Hands on with  CargoWise ERP system

·         Able to work independently

·         Able to communicate in written English , spoken Cantonese & Putonghua
