What they need
Hiring under Recruit Express Headcount
Location: Eunos
Pay: $2800 - $3800
Duration: 3 - 6 Months (renewable)
Working Hours:
- Mon - Fri
- 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Job Scope
- Manage daily sea freight import operations
- Coordinate with customers, overseas offices, and internal teams
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Process import permits, delivery orders, and packing lists
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs and import/export regulations
- Prepare accurate customer billing and invoicing
- Handle GST and customs declaration documentation
- Support day-to-day freight operations and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and freight operations
