Sea Freight Procurement Manager

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

1. 成本与询价协调： 负责协调各大船司、航空公司、散货拼箱（LCL）、仓库、报关行及运输拖车（Transport/Trucking）等供应商的成本与询价。

2. 市场运价收集： 收集并梳理美国、加拿大以及其他航线（如欧洲、南美、亚洲等）的市场即期运价（Market Rates）。

3. 舱位与异常跟进： 负责舱位（Space）的管理与跟进，并及时解决与成本、集装箱（柜子）及操作条款相关的突发问题。

4. 数据与报告准备： 准备每周及每月会议所需的市场趋势报告，并协助销售团队处理询盘（Sales Inquiry）。

5. 船司关系维护： 与各大船公司（Shipping Lines）的市场及商务团队建立并保持良好的合作关系，以争取更有竞争力的运价和舱位支持。

6. Cost & Rate Coordination: Coordinate cost requests and quotations from shipping lines, airlines, LCL consolidators, warehouses, customs brokers, and transport/trucking vendors.

7. Market Rate Intelligence: Collect, analyze, and maintain market rates for US, Canada, and other trade lanes (e.g., Europe, South America, Asia, etc.).

8. Space Management & Problem Solving: Monitor and manage space allocation, and resolve any disputes or issues related to costs, containers, and terms & conditions.

9. Reports & Sales Support: Prepare market updates, analysis reports, and sales inquiry data for weekly and monthly meetings.

10. Carrier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with the marketing and commercial teams of shipping lines to enhance collaboration and secure competitive rates.

任职资格 / Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Pricing role.（具有1-3年货代或物流运价相关工作经验）
2. Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with overseas agents, local vendors, and China/Taiwan/HK counterparts). Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.（精通英语与华语，以便与海外代理、本地供应商及大中华区团队沟通；精通马来语更佳）
3. Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Excel.（具备较强的谈判能力、数据分析能力，熟练掌握 Excel）
