SEAFOOD SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Seafood Supervisor to manage daily seafood operations and ensure product quality, freshness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily seafood receiving, sorting, grading, processing, and packing activities.
• Inspect seafood quality, freshness, size, appearance, and temperature.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor chilling, freezing, storage, and cold-chain maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper handling practices.
• Maintain QC records, inspection reports, temperature logs, and traceability documents.
• Check stock rotation (FIFO), inventory, and product wastage.
• Identify quality issues, report non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, packing, and dispatch teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum: Plus Two / Higher Secondary.
• Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Seafood Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or Food Science.
• Knowledge of HACCP, seafood quality control, and food safety standards is an added advantage.
• Experience in seafood processing, quality control, or fish handling preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
