Seafreight Operations / Administration

We are looking for an experienced Import/Export Operations & Administration person to join our Christchurch based team. You will have a strong passion for delivering customer excellence, with your dedication for going above and beyond being the key to your success.

Your main task and responsibilities:

·       Monitoring shipments proactively , communicating updates and manage customer feedback

·       Reporting to customers

·       Daily Banking & Payments

·       End of Month Procedures

We are looking for someone with:

• Cargowise experience

• Ability to work under pressure

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise

• Strong relationship management skills

• A positive work ethic, attitude and some who has a passion for customer excellence

• Work well within a team

• Permanent NZ residency
