Job responsibilities:
- Arrange vessel port and immigration clearance formalities
- Responsible for attending vessels assigned
- Process all necessary formalities and declarations timely to ensure smooth entry/departure of ships assigned
- Ensure full compliance with all necessary statutory formalities and factual declarations
- Handle cargo documentation (e.g. Bill of Lading), vessel clearance, and all husbandry-related matters.
- Provide quality services meeting the expectations of our customers
- Meeting KPI (Key Performance Indicators) targets
- Support the operations team with all documents processing, etc.
Job requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in logistics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in Seafreight Operation Executive.
