Hardshore Exteriors is a growing exterior restoration and protection company based in Wilmington, NC. We specialize in concrete cleaning, sealing, decorative coatings, roof rejuvenation, asphalt rejuvenation, and pressure washing.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Concrete Sealing & Coating Technician to help us deliver professional, high-quality results for residential and commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Pressure wash and properly prepare concrete driveways, patios, walkways, and pool decks.
• Apply clear, penetrating, and solid-color concrete sealers.
• Perform concrete crack filling, minor surface repairs, and patching.
• Remove stains, dirt, mildew, and existing coatings when necessary.
• Apply concrete stains and decorative coatings with professional, consistent finishes.
• Properly mask and protect surrounding landscaping, siding, and other surfaces.
• Operate pressure washers, surface cleaners, sprayers, rollers, and other application equipment.
• Evaluate concrete conditions and identify potential problems before starting work.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete sealing, coatings, painting, pressure washing, or surface restoration preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete preparation and application techniques.
• Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing hands-on labor.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.

Experience with solid-color concrete coatings, decorative concrete, and crack repair is a major plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
