Compensation:

• Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)
• Overtime pay
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Workers Compensation coverage

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of seamless gutter installation experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• No smoking or drug use on the job
• Clean background – no prior convictions (background check required)

Responsibilities

• Install gutters and downspouts according to specifications and estimate forms.
• Utilize hand and power tools to ensure precise installation and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to assess project needs and timelines.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with construction standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
• Drive company truck with trailer

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
