Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and detailed**-*oriented** seamstress seeking an opportunity with an established alterations business. One would need experience working independently and be able to provide high quality tailoring and *garment alterations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble and finish garments according to design specifications
• Perform garment construction tasks such as cutting, stitching, hemming, and finishing seams with precision
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to measurment guidelines
• Follow manufacturing workflows to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or manufacturing environment

Experience

• Proven experience in garment construction and deconstruction within a business setting
• Skilled in operating various sewing machines and related equipment
• Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, patterns, and fabric types
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and inventory management is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in manufacturing environments is required

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
