What makes a #RidiculouslyGood Customer Care Expert?

• 1 year Tech BPO experience.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site.
• Must have experience in Software Support, Applications, or Programming (strictly NO general troubleshooting / non-helpdesk).
